REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Simply register your return via our returns portal and receive your DHL label.

PREPARE YOUR PARCEL

Pack the items securely and, if possible, place them back in the original box.

SEND IT BACK

Drop off your parcel at a DHL service point or Packstation – that’s it.

14 DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To ensure that your return can be processed smoothly, please note the following:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

The ROSSI label must still be attached to the item.

If possible, multiple items from the same order should be returned together.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent packaging for your return.

RETURN COSTS

FULL ORDER
€4.95

If you return your entire order, the return shipping cost is €4.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

PARTIAL RETURN
FREE

If you only return part of your order, the return is free of charge.

Information

Please note: If you purchased on account, the €4.95 return shipping fee must be transferred separately. If you paid via PayPal or credit card, we will deduct the €4.95 directly from your refund.

REFUND

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the corresponding amount via your original payment method.

Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
